Who this policy covers
This policy describes information used when you visit injurydeck.com or contact InjuryDeck. The site is operated by Peter in Allouez, Wisconsin, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
The public site currently offers football information without visitor accounts, email subscriptions, payment collection or contact forms. It uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled.
Information used to run the site
- Visits and usage. Analytics can measure pages viewed, navigation, referral information, approximate location, browser and device information, and site performance. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions when measurement is enabled.
- Technical requests. Hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser details to deliver pages, protect the site and diagnose problems.
- Saved preferences. Features such as favorites and remembered view settings use storage in your browser. These preferences are not a visitor account and do not automatically synchronize between devices.
- Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections and handle your request.
We use site measurements to understand which reports are useful and improve navigation, reliability and performance. Please do not send private medical records, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Analytics and service providers
Google Analytics 4 provides usage measurement. Google processes information according to its service terms and privacy policies. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Privacy & messaging presents applicable European consent and US state privacy messages and remembers your choices. Google processes technical request information and stores consent records in your browser to provide this service. The messaging integration does not enable advertising on InjuryDeck.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance without analytics cookies or browser local-storage identifiers. This is separate from Cloudflare's delivery and security services, which process technical traffic information. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Hosting, security, analytics and email providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or protect the site and its users. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your browser, your choices
Google Analytics waits until Google returns a resolved consent result. It stays off when analytics consent is denied, the consent service is unavailable or not configured, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. In locations where Google reports that consent does not apply, measurement can start unless you opt out below. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to the football reports.
Use the controls below to change your choice. Where European regulations apply, the Google consent settings button reopens the message. Where applicable, Google's Do not sell or share my personal information link opens the US state privacy controls. We also stop Google Analytics when an applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out is signaled.
Google Analytics is off or waiting for a consent result. These controls require JavaScript.
Your analytics opt-out is saved in this browser. Turning measurement off removes InjuryDeck's Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove favorites or other view settings. Allowing measurement here does not override a denial in Google's consent message or Global Privacy Control. Cloudflare's cookieless performance measurement continues.
You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing InjuryDeck's site storage removes locally saved favorites and preferences. Blocking storage can prevent those convenience features from working.
Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Browser privacy tools may also restrict analytics requests. Deleting cookies alone does not prevent new measurement on a later visit if your browser permits it.
To ask about information you have provided, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact [email protected]. We may need information to identify the relevant records and verify your request. Your available rights depend on applicable law.
Retention and security
Browser preferences remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. Analytics retention depends on the service and its configured settings; cookie lifetimes can also be limited by your browser. Messages and operational records are retained as needed to handle requests, maintain the service and meet applicable obligations.
We use safeguards appropriate to operating the site, but no online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information has been exposed or used incorrectly.
Football reports and external links
Player reports summarize publicly available sports information. They are distinct from visitor analytics and are not a request for anyone's private health information. Our methodology explains sourcing and our corrections page explains how to report an error.
Source links lead to other organizations' websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If advertising or other visitor-data features are introduced, their disclosures and any required choices will be provided before those features are enabled.
